Come and explore energy with us. During your time with us we offer a Qigong session followed by an introduction to the "power of the feet" and we "say hello" to the feet with Zu Qigong.

Qi-Laxation Zu Qigong Sequence
This gentle 10-minute Qi Laxation Zu Qigong sequence is designed to nurture both giver and receiver. It’s ideal for carers and beneficial for many conditions, including MS, Parkinson’s, and Dementia.
Through flowing, mindful movements, this practice helps replenish energy and deepen connection — a beautiful way to share calm and compassion with those you care for.
Perfect as an add-on for touch therapists such as massage, reiki, or reflexology practitioners, or for anyone who simply wishes to offer more than just a massage to their loved ones.
Simple to learn, soothing to give, and restorative to receive — this is Qi connection at its most heartfelt.

Foundational Zu Qigong Sequence
- 2027 - looking at opportunities in United Kingdom, Netherlands, New Zealand and Australia - minimum 6 requirement.
The Foundational Zu Qigong Sequence is a gentle, restorative 20–25 minute practice designed to support both practitioners and their clients.
Perfect for hands-on therapists, this two-day CPD course offers techniques that can easily be integrated into any touch therapists such as massage, reiki and reflexology. The movements help to calm the nervous system, improve energy flow, and enhance overall wellbeing.
This sequence is especially supportive for clients living with conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Parkinson’s, Dementia, and those in palliative care.
During this training you will learn:
• The basic theories of Zu Qigong
• Plenty of hands on practice
• Focus on Extra Ordinary Meridians on the feet - unique to Zu Qigong
• Qigong Sessions to relate the Extraordinary Meridians in your body
• 6 case studies are required if you wish to advance onto the Practitioner Zu Qigong Sequence.
This is followed up with Zu Qigong support of zoom and face to face meet ups

Practitioner Zu Qigong Sequence - next course Christchurch Sept/Oct 2027 (TBC)
Having allowed time to assimilate the energy and really feel the applied meridian connection via the feet we now progress to the full 60 minute length sequences. The same manual is used for this training as the Foundational Sequence Level.
During this training we revisit:
• Hands on Practice of the Foundation Sequence
• Share client experiences
We continue our development and learn:
• Extended theory of the Eight Ordinary Meridians
• Full Pathways of Ordinary Meridians on Feet
• Horary Clock Cycle
• Distance Zu Qigong Healing
